Jo-Anne (Henderson) Patricia Scaffidi

Jo-Anne (Henderson) Patricia Scaffidi of Ottawa, Ontario, passed away on September 28, 2026, at the age of 68. She is predeceased by her mother, Vivian Henderson. Jo-Anne is survived by her husband, Carmelo; her father, Derrill Henderson; her sister, Gail (Reg Angel); her grandchildren, Vivi and David; and her siblings-in-law, Gino (Anne Lavoy), Teresa (Tony Leone), Zia Jo-Anne, Giannino, Dante, Anita, and Nicolina. She will also be remembered by her close friend, Wendy Hunt. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Tubman Funeral Homes, Westboro Chapel. The funeral service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, 414 Sparks Street, on Wednesday, October 7, at 1:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada to support a post-secondary scholarship for music education.
