David James Alexander

The family of David James Alexander of Ottawa, Ontario, announces his passing on September 4, 2026. David is fondly remembered by family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was predeceased by his parents, David Joseph Alexander and Ellen Theresa Meagher, as well as his brother Dave. David is survived by his beloved wife, Bev; his cherished grandchildren, Ace, Ethan, and Lucy; and his brothers, Michael (Judy), Jim (Kathy), Patrick (Tanya), John (Tamra), Weedmark, Walsh, Alexander, and Meagher. A reception to honor David's life will take place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at Cole Funeral Services and Highland Park Cemetery, located at 2037 McGee Side Rd, Carp, ON K0A1L0. In lieu of flowers, donations in David's name to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
