Carmella RICHARD

Carmella Marie Richard (nee Doucet) passed away peacefully at Huron Shores Hospice on November 5, 2024, at the age of 81. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Carmella is survived by her devoted husband, Norman, and her daughters, Rachelle (Alex) and Monique (Skot). She was predeceased by her daughter, Suzanne. Carmella was a cherished grandmother to Sharif (Julia) and Ehren, and she is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She treasured her time spent with family, enjoyed nature walks, and took pride in her home and gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Home & Community Support Services Grey-Bruce (Port Elgin Day Away) or the Grey Bruce Alzheimer's Society. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, December 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Port Elgin Legion, located at 630 Green St, Port Elgin.
