Bonnie Anderson

Bonnie Anderson (Pickering) passed away on September 21, 2024, at the age of 83, surrounded by her family at her home. Bonnie was born on November 12, 1940, to parents Leonard and Velma Pickering. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Bonnie was a proud nurse, graduating from St. Joseph's Hospital program in Toronto. She is survived by her beloved children Sue Anderson (Brent) and Ian Anderson (Janice), her five grandchildren Fiona (Miguel), Alexa, Emily, Rebecca, Siarra, and her great grandchild Elizabeth. She was predeceased by her husband Robert Anderson and her sister Betty Martland (Barrie). A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th, 2024, at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church at 1pm, followed by a funeral service at 2pm. As an expression of sympathy and in lieu of flowers, donations to CMT research at the CMT Research Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
