Anne Axworthy

Anne Axworthy, born on June 26, 1948, passed away on September 16, 2026, at the age of 78. She is survived by her stepchildren, Scott (Joslyn) and Julie; her grandchildren, Spencer (Sam), Hunter, and Skye; her brothers, Wray (Lisa) and Glynn; and her friend Trish Grierson. Anne was predeceased by her husband Bill Wilson, as well as her parents, Gerald Axworthy and Ella Axworthy. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Homes Garden Chapel, located at 3440 Richmond Rd, Nepean, ON K2H8H7. Anne was a dedicated member of the Orpheus Choral Group, later known as Voices in Harmony, where she served as Director for over 30 years until the group's disbandment due to the pandemic. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Food Bank, a charity to which Anne generously contributed each year.
