Anna Maria Porco

Anna Maria Porco, born on March 9, 1935, in Ottawa, Ontario, passed away on September 12, 2026, at the age of 91. She is remembered for the cherished memories she created for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Anna Maria’s life was filled with connections and experiences that deeply touched those around her. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfredo Porco, and her parents, Annibale Furelli and Onorina Furelli. Anna Maria is survived by her sister, Ada Bucciarelli (late Ottavio Bucciarelli); her son, Vincenzo Porco (Tina Porco); her nephew, Pasquale Furelli (Randa Furelli); her grandchildren, Alfredo and Marina (Gabriel); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amanda (Tarek), Ada, Stefano, Valencia, and Sicilia. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Shields Funeral Homes & Chapel, located at 1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6.
