Allan Clifford Foster

Allan Clifford Foster of Ottawa, Ontario, was born on July 28, 1933, and passed away on September 25, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Ruth, and his siblings: Margaret Jones (Cecil), Lois Blake (Howard), John (Jessie), and Donald (Kay). Allan is survived by his daughters, Sandra Dale (Harry) and Sharon Kelly (Chris), along with his grandchildren, Jennifer (Kyle Moore), Heather, Chad, and Kristen (Jordan Lamb). He also leaves behind his siblings, Walter (Donna) and Betty Lackey (Keith), as well as many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Tubman Funeral Homes. Memorial donations may be made to North Gower United Church.
