Albertina Ghezzi

The family of Albertina Ghezzi announces her passing on October 1, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on August 14, 1935, in Ottawa, she is remembered fondly by her family and friends. Albertina was predeceased by her husband, Tarcisio. She is survived by her children, Carolina and Daniele (Dragana), and her daughter Viviana (Domenico). Her legacy continues through her grandsons, Nicholas (Genevieve) and Mathias (Grace), as well as her grandchildren, Giuseppe, Giulia (Riccardo), and Paola (Daniele), along with her great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, and friends. Visitation will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, and an entombment from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery. A reception will follow from 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
