The family announces the passing of Steven Chepa of Oshawa, Ontario, on October 23, 2026. He was predeceased by his sisters, Julia, Olga, and Marta; the mother of his child, Rosemarie; and his parents, William and Mary. Steven is survived by his daughter, Christina (Wayne); his grandchildren, McKenna and Quinlan; his nephews, Colin and Kevin; and his cousin, Orest. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the De Stefano Funeral Home, located at 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM in the chapel of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to one of Steven's favorite charities, Share the Bounty.
