Mrs Mavis Dickens

Mavis Dickens passed away on April 26, 2025, at the age of 86, surrounded by her loving family. Born in 1938 in Swindon, England, Mavis immigrated to Canada in 1967 with her husband, Gordon Dickens, and their daughters, Beverley and Nicola. Mavis was a beloved wife, mother, and nanny, known for her kindness, devotion to her family, and community spirit. She is survived by her daughters, Beverley Koeslag and Nicola Gibson; her grandchildren, Shawn Quinn, Jennifer Bonnell, Ashleigh Koeslag, Amanda Quinn, and Heather Koeslag; and her great-grandchildren, Ethan, Jordyn, Liam, Leah, Emma, and Chloe. Mavis was predeceased by her husband, Gordon, in 2004. A service will be held to honour her memory at a later date to be announced. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations.
