Marie Lise Denise Mowat

Marie Lise Denise Mowat, born on June 24, 1962, passed away on September 26, 2026, at the age of 64. She is survived by her beloved children, Alex and Christian, her mother Annette Mowat, and her father Frank Mowat. Marie Lise is also remembered by her siblings, Martine Mowat, Vlad Bortnowski, and Mirela Luca, as well as her cherished nieces and nephews, Madeleine Mowat-Carmet and Maxim Bortnowski. She leaves behind many friends, including Lillian, Jennifer, Caroline, Ilse, Stephanie, Siobhan, and Laura. A celebration of her life will take place on Sunday, October 25, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the Carson Funeral Homes L Doolittle Chapel, located at 54 Coldwater St E, Orillia, ON L3V1W5. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Orillia Youth Centre, or the Orillia SPCA.
