MARGARET JUNE FRANKLAND

Margaret June Frankland passed away on July 15, 2026, in her 97th year. She died peacefully at Soldiers' Memorial Hospital in Orillia. Margaret was the loving wife of the late Alfred Frankland for 59 years. She was predeceased by her daughter Adele Jeffrey, who was the wife of Alain. Margaret is survived by her daughters Caren Healy Jones and her husband Craig, and Barbara Martin and her husband Paul. She was a loving grandmother to Andrea and her husband Pina, Lindsay and her husband Sanjeev, Megan, and Jeff, and a great-grandmother to Naiyan, Zavian, and Slater. Margaret is also survived by her brother Bill Edwards. As a gesture of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society or VON Simcoe County would be appreciated. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration of life is being planned for the fall, with arrangements entrusted to Simcoe Funeral Home.
