Linda Bam

The family announces the passing of Linda Bam of Orillia, Ontario, on October 7, 2026. Born on October 14, 1936, Linda was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout her life. She was predeceased by her child, Drew Hodgins (Leigh); her grandson, Alex; and her parents, Bertram Hale and Joan Hale. Linda is survived by her spouse, Homi Bam; her children, Stephen Hodgins (Jenny), Andrea Hurlbut (Tom), and Paula Montgomery (Don); her grandchildren, Gwyneth (Clay), Evelyn (Niki), Neil (Elizabeth), Kirstin (Ernie), Cassidy (Adrian), Bethany (Josh), Douglas (Rebecca), Jordan (Jessica), and Sam (Hilarie); and her great-grandchildren, Sophia, Isabella, Elise, Piers, Finn, Lucy Mae, Alexia, Xavier, Sharlett, and Mikayla. Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mundell Funeral Home, located at 79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1. A memorial service will take place on Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM at St. Paul's United Church, located at 62 Peter St N, Orillia, ON L3V4Z1. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Cellar Singers, St. Paul's United Church, or Soldier's Memorial Hospital.
