Joyce Susan Summers

Joyce Susan Summers passed away in Orillia, Ontario on August 11, 2026, at the age of 71. She was born on February 19, 1955. Joyce was predeceased by her husband Robert Summers, her brothers John (married to Julie) and Stephen (married to Dorothy), her parents Marjorie and Oliver Carson, and her stepfather Lawrence McKenzie. She is survived by her sister Ruth, brother‑in‑law Kevin, nephew Andrew, niece Sarah, stepson Dale (married to Mayra Summers), and step‑grandson Josiah, as well as numerous other family members and friends. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 16, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 135, 517 Mara Road, Beaverton, ON L0K 1A0. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 135 in Beaverton.
