John Alfred Christopher Freely

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Alfred Christopher Freely of Orillia, Ontario, who departed this life on September 18, 2026. John Alfred was predeceased by his siblings Desmond, Kathleen, Peter, and Terence, as well as his sister-in-law Christine Nicholls. He is survived by his beloved wife Pauline and their children, Jonathan Freely (Samantha Johnson) of Bracebridge and Jayne Jones (Jeff Emms) of Mt. St. He will be missed by his grandchildren, Joshua, Nicholas, Brittney (Jeremy), Megan, Adam (Cassie), Craig, AJ, Jack, Henry, Aleah, Avalee, Callan, and Austin. John is also survived by his siblings-in-law, Iris Freely, Pamela Freely, Pamela Berry, Ray Nicholls, and George Berry, along with several nieces and nephews. Memorial donations to St. Mark's Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
