James David Walsh

James David Walsh of Orillia, Ontario, passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Ruth. James is survived by his beloved wife, Arlene (Barlow), and their children, Dorene (Wil) and Warren (Aaren). He will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Ryan (Megan), Kaitlyn (Aaron), Emma (Sam), Iain, and Lily, as well as his siblings, Ellen and Steve of Victoria. Visitation will take place on Friday, October 9, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Mundell Funeral Home, followed by a celebration of life at 1:00 PM. A burial will occur at St. James' Cemetery at 3:15 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the local Alzheimer Society in his memory.
