Brian William Wellman Crawford

Brian William Wellman Crawford passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on April 19, 1937, in Mitcham, Surrey, England, Brian built a rich and full life marked by love, adventure, and an enduring passion for sport. He was a lifelong supporter of Arsenal and played football at a high level in his youth. Brian met his wife, Carole, while travelling in Australia and followed her to Canada, where they built a beautiful life. He was deeply involved in the local soccer community in Markham and served as president of Markham Soccer Club for many years. Brian was predeceased by his wife, Carole, in 2005. He is survived by his sons, Neil and Mark, and daughter-in-law, Sandi.
