Anne Reid

Anne Reid of Orillia, Ontario, passed away on September 3, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on June 28, 1950, she was the beloved wife of Charlie and a devoted mother to Melissa and Patrick (Karen). Anne cherished her role as a grandmother to Alice, Will, Nolan, Marion, Jasper, and Elsbeth. She is survived by her brothers, Jonathan (Tina) and Malcolm (Mary Ann), as well as her cousins Gill (Gary), Shirley (David), and Stephen, along with her nephews Jacob (Tiffany) and Jordan (Lindsay). Predeceased by her parents, John and Patricia Toner, Anne's life was enriched by her many friends. A funeral service will take place on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM at the Pinecrest Remembrance Chapel, followed by a reception at 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
