Alba Lenore McFadden

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Alba Lenore McFadden of Orillia, Ontario, who departed this life on October 15, 2026, at the age of 93. Alba is predeceased by her husband, Eldon McFadden; her friend, Jack Elgie; her sibling, Aubrey McMillan; and her daughter, Colette McFadden. She is survived by her daughters, Rose Marie Baye (Garry) of Uptergrove and Theresa Ruttle (Brian) of Orillia; her granddaughter, Frances Szalay (Mike); and her great-grandchildren, Amber and Megan Szalay. Visitation was held on Friday, October 23, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mundell Funeral Home, located at 79 West Street N, Orillia, ON L3V5C1. A funeral service followed at 12:00 PM on the same day. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
