Patrick Fernandes passed away on March 14, 2026, at the age of 65. He was the beloved son of Philomena and the late Paul Fernandes, and loving brother of Priscilla and Phyllis. Patrick will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. The Funeral Mass will be held in the Chapel of St. Joseph at Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., followed by cremation. A reception will be held in the Reception Hall at Holy Cross Funeral Home. If desired, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
