Rodney Shepherd

Rodney Shepherd of Oakville, Ontario, passed away on October 20, 2026, at the age of 95. He was predeceased by his mother, Gertrude Shepherd; his brother, Brian; his daughter, Nancy; and his son-in-law, Michael. Rodney is survived by his wife, Kathy; his children, Diane, Peter (Cynthia), and Keith (Kim); and his stepson, Brian (Linda). He is also survived by his grandchildren, Christopher (Jill), Corey (Crissy), Brock (Kristy-Lee), Marcus (Jackie), Michelle, Tana (Silas), Zachary (Ashley), Alex, Andrew, and Bradley, as well as Aidan, Merina, and Stewart, along with great-grandchildren. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, November 28, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, located at 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8. A reception will follow from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same venue. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
