Margaret Armstrong

Margaret Armstrong passed away peacefully in Oakville on March 24, 2026, at the age of 97. Born on October 21, 1928, she was the beloved daughter of Peter and Kathleen Lessells. She was predeceased by her husband, William Armstrong. Margaret will be deeply missed by her sister Jeane Smith, her son John and his wife Barb, her grandsons Duncan and his wife Kelsey, and Liam and his wife Katie, and her great-grandchildren Austin, Wyatt, and Audrey. A service will be held on May 30th at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 333 Rossland Road West, Oshawa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lakeridge Health Foundation or the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital Foundation.
