Loreto Pecina

Loreto Pecina of Oakville, Ontario, passed away on October 11, 2026, at the age of 92. He was predeceased by his parents, Manuel Pecina and Solidad Pecina; his wife, Dr. Filomena Pecina; and his brothers, Jorge, Juanito, and Paulino. Loreto is survived by his siblings, Aproniano, Aida, Ireneo, Salvacion, Julieta, Francisco, Artemio, and Emma, along with many family members and friends. Visitation took place on Tuesday, October 20, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, located at 3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8. A funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Merciful Redeemer Parish, situated at 2775 Erin Centre Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5M5W2. Following the Mass, an entombment occurred on the same day from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens. Flowers and condolences may be sent in memory of Loreto.
