Jean MORRIS

Jean Morris of Oakville, Ontario, passed away peacefully on May 28, 2025, at the age of 93, at Age Care Glen Oaks LTC in Oakville. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Morris, in 2000. Jean is survived by her children Geraldine (Chris) Ziomkiewicz, Daniel Morris (partner Dorothy Monreal), and Michele Morris (David Strom) and two grandchildren, Jennifer Morris and Cameron Morris. Born on December 31, 1931, in Capreol, Ontario, Jean moved to Toronto after graduating from office administration studies in Sudbury, Ontario, where she met Michael, marrying him in 1951. They purchased a new home and moved to Oakville in 1955, where she cared for her young children full-time until 1969. At that time she embarked on her career with Office Overload, where she soon became manager of the local branch. Jean enjoyed independent living in her matrimonial home until 2020. Arrangements are entrusted to Just Cremation and Burial.
