Pierre Smith

Pierre Smith of North Bay, Ontario, passed away on August 24, 2026, at the age of 72. He was born on August 30, 1953. He was predeceased by his siblings Richard Smith and Carole Smith. He is survived by his wife Sandra; his sons Ryan (married to Amanda) and Derek (married to Krystal); his grandchildren Evan, Noah, Dakota‑Rose and Kaylee; and his siblings Murielle Hughes, Line Abraham (married to Dan), Lise Thompson (married to Jack) and Gerald Smith (married to Monique), as well as numerous nieces, nephews and great‑nieces. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Hillside Funeral Services Ltd., 362 Airport Road, North Bay, ON P1B 8W9, with a memorial service to follow at 2:00 p.m. at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
