Linda Romain

Linda Romain of North Bay, Ontario, passed away on September 14, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on December 2, 1947, she was a beloved member of her family and community. Linda was predeceased by her siblings, Vit, Leonard, Frankie, and Lou Smith, as well as her parents, Raymond and Irene. She is survived by her children, Sherrylynn and Michael Romain (Sherry), and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Ryan, Bryanna (Matt), Emily, and Shelby-Lyn. Linda also leaves behind her stepgrandchildren, Sienna and Olivia, and great-grandchildren, Mia, Sophia, Emillya, Greyson, and Maverick. Her siblings, Melvin Smith (Pat), Marilyn O'Brien (Daniel), and Millie Smith, along with her nieces and nephews, also mourn her loss. Visitation will take place on September 19, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Holy Spirit Church, followed by a celebration of life from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
