Iris Mary VanWart

Iris Mary VanWart of North Bay, Ontario, died on July 27, 2026, at the age of 99. She was born on September 15, 1926. Iris was predeceased by her parents, Robert Moody and Margaret Moody (Cairns), and by her sisters Winnie, Joan, Olive, Margaret and Cynthia. She is survived by her children Doug; Gail, married to Ed; Peter, married to Sharon; Kym, married to Jim; Barry, married to Cindy; and Rick, married to Dianne, as well as her grandchildren and great‑grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be directed toward animal welfare causes, such as pet rescue organizations, wildlife foundations, or by providing bird feeders or water for squirrels.
