Hilton Middlebrook

Hilton Middlebrook of North Bay, Ontario, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on December 20, 1936, he is remembered fondly by family and friends. Hilton was predeceased by his daughter Cathy Burns (Jim) and his brothers Nevile Kenneth, Abe, George Ralph, and Henry. He is survived by his wife Deloris Middlebrook, daughter Donna Forget (Glenn Cousineau), and grandchildren Samantha Burns (Nick Hayes), Joseph Forget, Jessica Burns, Justin Forget (Nicole Fisher), and Ryan Burns (Aylana Serson). He also leaves behind great-grandchildren Aiden Leeman, Owen Forget, Sheldon Forget, Cooper Hayes, Parker Hayes, Payton Forget, and Elijah Forget, as well as siblings Wayne (Ruth), Gary (Pat), Nellie Hunter (Paul), and Barbara, along with sisters-in-law Gladys, June, and Cindy. Visitation will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at McGuinty Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
