Helen Rose Bryer

The family of Helen Rose Bryer announces her passing on October 3, 2026, in North Bay, Ontario. Helen was deeply loved and cherished by many, including her parents Matilda and Ernest John (Jerry) Thurston, her twin sister Violet Ivy, and her siblings Stan, Art, Ernie, Vic, and Fran. She is also survived by her husband, Wilfred Newman (Newt) Bryer, and their children Eric (Sheila), Bruce, Doreen (Karl), and Keith (Glad), along with her grandchildren Hilary (Eric), Graham, Zachary (Amélie), Adeline (Wyatt), and Jakob. Helen's caregivers and friends, including Annette, Caryl, Deann, Jennifer, Katie, Randy, Kleda, Ronnie, Tina, Caroline, and Marie, will also remember her fondly. A funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Brice's Church. In accordance with her wishes, donations to St. Brice's Church are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
