It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frances Marion Miller of North Bay, Ontario. Frances was born on December 15, 1955, and she passed away on October 5, 2026, at the age of 70. She is survived by her parents, Ernest Ricciuto and Faith Ricciuto; her husband, Richard 'Rick' Miller; her sons, Scott (Andrea) and Jeffrey (Kayla); and her grandchildren, Jill (Mike), Gavin, Travis, Beckett, Kiera, Melody (Landry), and Fran. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The North Bay Regional Hospital Foundation.
