Douglas Prior

Douglas Prior, born on April 21, 1945, passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 81. He is survived by his beloved wife, Colette (Laporte), and their children, Justin, Troy (Cheri), and Terri (Jess). Douglas was a proud grandfather to Joshua, Miranda, and Braeden. He is also survived by his siblings, Keith (late Lill) of Red Deer, Beth Scott (late Joe) of Sundridge, and Betty Danchuk (Tim) of Waterford, along with his close friend, Gerry. He was predeceased by his parents, Jim and Ruth (Croutch), his son Michael, and his brother Ken. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 599, located at 30 Legion Dr, North Bay, ON P1B8Z4.
