Claudette Villeneuve

The family of Claudette Villeneuve announces her passing on September 5, 2026, at the age of 86. Born on January 1, 1940, Claudette was a beloved member of her community in North Bay, Ontario. She was predeceased by her parents, Camille and Pearl Villeneuve, her son Troy James Hurtubise, and her siblings Lea, Lois, Leo, Gerald, Clifford, and Delmar. Claudette is survived by her children, Deborah (Peter Broznitsky), Tina (Robert Leblond), Belinda (Wyatt Noble), Stacy Hurtubise (Courtney), and Blair Hurtubise (Melissa), as well as her siblings Audrey Legault, June Couchie (Ted), Shirley Laporte, Gail Foisy (Ray), and Ron Villeneuve (Janet). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Jesus Church, located at 988 Airport Rd, North Bay, ON P1C1A2. In memory of Claudette, donations to the Holy Name of Jesus Church will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
