Vittorio Menechella

Vittorio Menechella of Niagara Falls, Ontario, was born on March 24, 1937, and passed away on October 9, 2026. He was predeceased by his daughter Sandy, his parents Carmelo and Mariantonia Menechella, his in-laws Rocco Luigi and Maria Donata Girolamo, and his brothers Giovanni, Mario (Candida), and Cosmo Menechella. He also mourned the loss of his in-laws Raphaele (Lucia), Grazia (Pellegrino), Giuseppina (Umberto), Arturo, and Roberto (Lina). Vittorio is survived by his beloved wife Carolina "Lina"; his children Carmelo "Carmen" Menechella (Julia Fabiano), Maria Zerafa (Jason), and Rico Menechella (Ashley); and his grandchildren Victoria (Sergio Bello), Giulia, Anthony, Matteo, Julian, Luca, Vittorio, and Roman. He is also survived by his sister Phyllis DiCienzo and his siblings-in-law Michelina Menechella, Luigina "Gina" Menechella, Vanda Vella, and Vittorio Girolamo (Giuseppina). Visitation took place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home located at 6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9. A funeral Mass was celebrated on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas More Church, 6548 Dorchester Rd, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5T5. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Niagara.
