Teresa (nee D'Amore) VITATERNA

Teresa (nee D'Amore) Vitaterna passed away on January 21, 2026, in her 93rd year. She was the beloved wife of the late Loreto Vitaterna. Teresa is survived by her children, Anthony and Rita Vitaterna, and Lisa Willick. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Jamie (Alex) Chandler, Michael (Eni) Vitaterna, Alicia (Vince) Filice, Sara (Lucas) Folino, and her great-grandchildren, Peter and Matthew Filice, and Mia Folino. Teresa will be sadly missed by her God-daughter and niece, Marisa Kitson, as well as many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. She is also remembered by her best friend, Teresa McKay, and her husband, Joseph McKay, as well as her feline companion, Stinky. Teresa was predeceased by her siblings, Maria Rossi, Elena DeSantis, and Ermineo D'Amore. A private funeral service was held with burial at Fairview Cemetery, and the family entrusted Patterson Funeral Home with the arrangements. Memorial donations may be made to the Crohns & Colitis Foundation or the Niagara SPCA.
