Earl Stanley Fletcher

Earl Stanley Fletcher passed away on September 20, 2026, at the age of 76. He was a devoted husband to Laura (nee Duff), with whom he shared 54 years of marriage. Earl was a proud father to Jason (Dorothy) and Lesley, and a loving grandfather to Ashley, Dana, Chelsea (Aidan), Peyton, Jordon, and Nathan. He also cherished his role as a great-grandfather to Leah, Cian, Evie, Willow, Ollie, Charlotte, and Spencer (predeceased). Earl was the son of the late James and Bridget Fletcher and the son-in-law of the late Frank and Norah Duff. He was the oldest brother to John (Robey), Jimmy (Sandy), and Matthew (predeceased), and brother-in-law to Patricia (Joseph) Fiorillo. Earl dedicated 33 years to the Halton Regional Police Service and was recognized for his charitable work, receiving The Order of The Dragon and the Herman Goldstein Award. There will be no formal service, and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
