Charles Carter

Charles William Franklin Carter passed away peacefully at Meadows of Dorchester on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the age of 95. He was the devoted and cherished husband of Jean Carter, with whom he shared a 75-year marriage. Charles was the loving father of Lisa Dal Bianco and the proud and gentle grandfather of Michelle Darch, Mark Dal Bianco, and Brian Dal Bianco. He was also a great-grandfather to Carter, Presley, Payton, Emersyn, Avery, Weston, Reese, and Tyson. Charles was predeceased by his parents, Franklin and Lucy Carter, and by his dear son, Philip Carter, who passed in 2022.
