Thomas "Keith" PORTER
Thomas 'Keith' Porter passed away on February 2, 2026. He was predeceased by his wife, Cynthia, and sister, Sharon (Crowley). Keith was the beloved partner of Linda Nault. He is survived by his children, Michael (Janice), Sean (Shanyn), and David (Brandi); grandchildren, Ashley, Brandon, Christopher, Chaedra, Jemelie, Joriana, Mackenzie, Jade, Kanika, Tehgan, Chiece, Joel, Natalie, and Sebastian; stepsons, Andrew (Caleb), Matthew (Lilijana), Bryan (Macie, Rosaleigh, Everleigh, and Hudson); and many great-grandchildren, extended family members, friends, and all who knew him. Keith was a man of remarkable charisma and lifelong athleticism. He had a deep love for five-pin bowling and played in many leagues throughout the Niagara Region. Keith enjoyed working on cars and was an avid fan of dirt track racing at both Merrittville and Humberstone Speedways. He treasured time spent camping with family and close friends, as well as the peaceful hours fishing from his boat on northern lakes. Keith and Linda opened their home to billet players from the Junior B Hockey League, creating lasting bonds and lifelong friendships with many of the young men they supported. A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, Keith could always be counted on to cheer loudly and proudly. Keith loved his many pets, leaving behind dog and friend, Minnie. Passionate about politics, Keith served as a Reformer Chairman for the City Union. While he carried a tough exterior, those close to him knew his heart was gentle, compassionate, and deeply loyal. Special thank you to his at-home care team, especially PSW, Leon; and nurses, Myra, Colyn, and Georgina, who took great care to provide comfort and friendship to Keith and his family.
