Soroor Mofid

Soroor Mofid was born on November 17, 1936, and died on August 7, 2026, at the age of 89. She was predeceased by her husband, Mohsen, and her son, Keyvan. Survivors include her children Kamran (married to Annie), Kambiz (married to Gina), Kiyan (married to Sasan) and Kamyar (married to Dagny); her grandchildren Kevin (married to Sarah), Paul (married to Katie), Layla (married to Matt), Christina (married to Niall), Michael (married to Neetasha), Sheida (married to Steven), Darius and Jasmine; and her great‑grandchildren Isabel, Ivy, Robyn, Poppy, Aria, Teo, Micah, Lucy, Charlie, Mira, Enzo, Ariana and Elise, as well as extended family and many friends. Visitation took place on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and the funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. on the same day at Patterson Funeral Home, 6062 Main Street, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 5Z9. Contributions to a charity of one’s choice were welcomed as an expression of sympathy.
