Sandra Belle JANKE

Sandra Belle Janke (nee MacIver) passed away on May 17, 2026, at the age of 85. She was the beloved wife of Walter Janke for 63 years. Sandra was predeceased by her parents, John and Beatrice MacIver, and siblings Marion Haley, Norma Crowley (survived by Ray), Kenneth (Doris) MacIver, and Janet McKeag. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews, including Ian, Stephen, Kim, Ron, Randy, Shari, Sheila, Laura, Rhonda, Jason, and Tara, along with great-nieces and nephews. Sandra worked at the Royal Bank of Canada for many years. Family and friends will be received at Hetherington and Deans Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. A memorial service will take place in the funeral chapel at 11:00 a.m., followed by inurnment at Fairview Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society in Sandra's memory.
