Leona Mary (Canavan) MANUEL

Leona Mary Manuel passed away on May 20, 2026, at the age of 81. Born on August 23, 1944, she was predeceased by her parents, Cecil and Harriet Canavan, and her brother Ron and his wife Laurie Canavan. Leona is survived by her daughter Kathy-Lynn Green and her husband Darrin, grandsons Richard and Michael Green, siblings Sharon Salci and her husband Ted, Janet Canavan, Rick Canavan and his wife Wendy, and Nancy Tkachuk and her husband Marty, as well as many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at Patterson Funeral Home Ltd. in Niagara Falls, followed by a Celebration of Life and burial at Fairview Cemetery. The family expresses gratitude to Leona's health team at Valley Park Lodge. Donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Niagara SPCA and Humane Society.
