John "Josh" Armstrong MORRISON

John 'Josh' Armstrong Morrison passed away at Greater Niagara General Hospital, with his family at his side, on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the age of 90. He was the cherished father of Heather Cere (Brent Bowman), Patti (Paul) MacLean, Lori (Mel) Marino, and Lisa Morrison. He was the loving Papa of Josh (Megan) Cere, Kelsey Cere (Connor Peters), Ainsley Bowman, Mitch MacLean (Daniella Sottile), Eric MacLean, Nicholas 'Sparky' MacLean (Erica Bleimeyer), Kyle (Jen) Marino, Jared Marino (Gabby McKinnon), and Alyssa Marino; and great-Papa of Devon Cere and Lily Audrey Marino. He will be fondly remembered by his sister-in-law, Dorothy (the late Tom) Balkwill; as well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Helen and William Morrison; his brother, Bill (Norma) Morrison; and his former spouse, Audrey Morrison. John worked at B.F. Goodrich for 26 years and retired in 1992. The family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to his PSWs and the entire staff at Queenston Place Retirement Home for their care, compassion, and love over the last year. Cremation has taken place, and a visitation will be held on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, from 11-1 o'clock. Private family interment to be held at a later date. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to Queenston Place Retirement Home.
