Joan KERR (née Cooke)

Joan B. Kerr (née Cooke) passed away on February 3, 2026, at the age of 78. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert Kerr; children, Allyson Keighan (Mike) and Brian Kerr; grandchildren, Ethan (Xanda), Brianna (Brendan), Grayson, and Denver Kerr; and great-grandchildren, Eli and Mariana Kerr. She is also survived by her mother-in-law, Ellen Kerr; sister-in-law, Deb (Tom) Free; and nieces and nephews, Leslie McInnis, Lori Auld Andino (Noel), John Auld (Allison), Lisa Campbell (Kevin), Sarah Free (Carolyn), and Darren (Andrea) Free. Joan was predeceased by her parents, Jeanne and John Cooke; sister, Margaret Auld (Savoie); and father-in-law, William Kerr. Born in Glasgow, Scotland on December 18, 1947, Joan came to Canada at the age of 1 year old with her family. She worked as a pharmacy assistant for over 35 years and was a loyal and hardworking employee. Joan is remembered for her love of family and friends, and her joy in spending time with them.
