Catherine Lucille BESSEY

Catherine Lucille Bessey passed away peacefully at home in her sleep, on June 12, 2026, at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late Belden, who predeceased her in 1996. Catherine was a loving mother of Brenda MacGillivray, whose husband Mike predeceased her, Sandra 'Sam' Janes, whose husband Bruce predeceased her, and Linda Stevens, who is married to Mark. She was a proud grandmother of Chante, Shane, Kristy, who is married to Ryan, Trisha, who is married to John, Deryk, who is married to Brittany, Amber, who is married to Scott, and Austin, who is married to Stacey. Catherine was also a great-grandmother of Ayreanna, Piper, Abby, Everly, Easton, Kole, Karson, Sophia, Aubree, and Cohen. She will be dearly missed by all of her nieces and nephews. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society.
