Antonio Fazio

Antonio Fazio of Niagara Falls, Ontario, passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 85. He was born on July 18, 1941. He was predeceased by his parents, Gaetano and Antonia Fazio, and his sister Maria Zasso (Pietro). He is survived by his partner Pasqualina "Carmela" Fazio (Costabile), his siblings Lina Rizzo (Mario) and Franco Fazio (Pina), his grandchildren Jordan Fazio (Carly) and Julia Fazio (Matt), and his siblings‑in‑law Armando Costabile (Donata), Theresa Pellegrino (Frank), Frank Costabile (Fulvia), Fred Costabile (Vivian) and Gaspare Costabile (Olga). Visitation was held on Friday, August 14, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Patterson Funeral Home Ltd., 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls, ON L2G 5Z9. A funeral service took place on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the same location. In his memory, donations may be made to the Niagara Health Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
