Trevor Cook of Newmarket, Ontario, passed away on July 7, 2026, at the age of 34. He is survived by his father David Cook, stepmother Michele, stepbrother Christopher, sister Christina, siblings Jessica and Cam, aunts and uncles Darren, Shannon Street, Nancy and Jeff Mayne, and cousins Kayci, Cameron, Dawson, and Josh. Trevor was predeceased by his mother Charlene Cook and grandparents Harvey and Freda Street. A visitation will be held on July 20, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the New Hope Methodist Church, followed by a funeral service at 3:00 PM and a reception at 3:45 PM. The family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to an addictions or mental health charity of choice.
