Sergey Kondratyev of Newmarket, Ontario, passed away on August 31, 2026, at the age of 66. Born on September 29, 1959, Sergey is survived by his beloved wife, Natalya Valiyeva; his stepson, Farhad Valiyev; daughter-in-law, Olga Valiyeva; grandchildren, Michael, Zackary, and Kamilla Valiyeva; and his brother, Victor Kondratyev. Friends and family are invited to honor Sergey’s memory by reflecting on the joyful moments shared with him. Visitation took place on September 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home - Playter Chapel, followed by a burial at Aurora Cemetery at 12:30 PM. A reception was held later that day at 1:15 PM at 15218 Yonge St, Aurora.
