MATTHEW McCARTNEY passed away on March 2, 2026, at the South Lake Hospital in Newmarket, at the age of 94. He was born on August 25, 1931. Matthew is survived by his wife, Penny; and his children, Brad, Brenda, Sherrie, Karen and Roy. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, August 30, 2026, at the Egypt Hall, 6756 Smith Blvd., Georgina, ON, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
