The family of Mary Ellen Rempel of Newmarket, Ontario, announces her passing on June 20, 2026. Mary Ellen is fondly remembered by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. She is predeceased by her husband, Bill Rempel, and her parents, Frank McEvoy and Rose McEvoy. Mary Ellen is survived by her children, Caronne Saunders and Lori Saunders, as well as her grandchildren, Kayla, Joshua, Alex, Ashley, Geoff, and Tyler. Her warmth and thoughtfulness touched many lives, and while she will be deeply missed, her memory will continue to inspire those who knew her.
