Mario Pozzulo

Mario Pozzulo of Newmarket, Ontario, passed away on October 12, 2026, at the age of 74. Born on November 24, 1951, Mario lived a life surrounded by family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Antonio and Pasqualina Pozzulo, and his sister Lucia (late Giuseppe). He is survived by his wife Michelina; his children Pasqualina (Sebastian), Antonio (Angie), and Angela (Elias); his grandchildren Matteo, Jacob, Mia, Leah, Massimo, and Alessio; and his brother Roccantonio (late Michela). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Visitation was held on Friday, October 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Cross Catholic Funeral Home, located at 211 Langstaff Rd E, Thornhill, ON L3T3Z6. A funeral Mass followed at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of St. Joseph at the same location. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Mario's memory be made to the Hospital for Sick Children.
