He is survived by his wife Patricia, his daughters Joanna (Massimo Bartucci) and Samantha (Edward Allen), and his siblings Robert and Susan. John was predeceased by his sister Patricia, and his parents Herbert Arthur Farmer and Reneé Joyce Farmer. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 25th, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 57 French Crescent, Holland Landing, ON. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Margaret Bahen Hospice, 653 Queen Street, Newmarket, ON L3Y 9Z9.
